Trying to get a binder on a new car purchase. Cannot proceed without it... I need this as soon as possible but can't get it in person.

i recently filed a homeowners claim for water damage to my bathroom floor. This was discovered when I was removing old tiles to replace with new more up-to-date tiles.
When I was pulling the tiles up is when I noticed the water damage.
The claims adjuster denied my claim stating the damage in his estimation was a long standing issue. If this water damage was long standing it should have impacted the dry-wall and also the floor of the adjoining spaces (closet, laundry-room) it did not it only showed on the bathroom floor itself which in my estimation shows it was a very recent issue.

North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance - Spindale NC - Screwed!
I paid my auto insurance in person at the Spindale NC branch. When i later came in to pay my homeowners insurance, they said it was already paid.
I came to find out they applied my auto payment to my homeowners and admitted fault. They said they could / would fix it. I hear nothing back until i call and i find out the 'home office' said, "tough luck" - they let me know the homeowners was renewed so i should have known that my auto was not renewed!
After more than a month of trying to resolve it, and not getting calls back - they would not let me speak to my agent.
they said, we'll speak to him for you.
now I am left with a DMV penalty, i cant drive for 30 days, and owe hundreds for supplemental insurance for when i was lapsed! I am still a customer - they made me pay to get up to date retroactively to the date i thought i had paid - and they wont talk to me!
